Disable/Enable Items
Some of items can be disabled by default.
To disable the item set item's target to "_".
For example:
["My Item", "mypage.html", "icon1.gif", "icon2.gif", "icon3.gif", "Short Tip", "_"]
On this example items "Sample 6", "New Sample 2", and "New Sample 5" are disabled.

Q: I see most of the sub-menus of the navigation bar (if there is space on the left side),
they are opening on the left side instead of right side..Could you please let me know how to fix it.

A: You should change the following parameter:

  var subMenuAlign="right";

to

  var subMenuAlign="left";




Q: I have noticed on your menus that have multiple nodes, you areallowing only the icon to be clicked and expand the tree. How would I alter the code so that when a user clicks anywhere on the tree with multiple nodes, the entire tree expands instead of the user having to be so precise in selecting the tiny icon to expand the tree.


A: You should set the following parameter to expand item on a mouseclick:

  var texpandItemClick=1;


Q: How can you set an item in a dhtml dropdown to just have a text and not a link

A: Don't add link in the item's link field:

["Home","", "default.files/icon1_s.gif", "default.files/icon1_so.gif", "", "Home Page Tip", "_blank", "", "", "", ],];

Q: I did not make anything complex - simply added a couple of menu items. As you may see the java swing popup menu being expanded overlaps with the rest of the table. I guess I am just not doing something right since it is a trivial case ...

A: Now you're using absolute position for the menu:

  var tabsolute=1;

You should use relative position.
