Q: We'd tried the useIFrame = 1 as well and the issue is fixed but the IE6 shows a "non secure objects over a secure connection" message, it worries me because on one side the problem is solved but on the other hand it generates confusion.
As an alternative we're planning to use the Deluxe navigation tree in order to avoid these overlapping problems, but it doesn't show up in IE7 over W2K3 R2!!
We requiere your support to use either the Javascript/DHTML Tree or the JavaScript Tree Menu,

A: Deluxe navigation tree works fine in IE7.
Try to set width and height parameters:

hides flash in Safari.
JavaScript Tree Menu can't drop down over an object correctly in Safari that iswhy the latter will be hidden for a time when the submenu is shown.
You can try to delete this code.
Q: The window pops up every time I load the screen.

A: You can specify the ID of the element you want to click on.
Actions sections in Deluxe Tuner, onClick parameter.
1) You can show the popup window when you hover, click or mouseout on some elements on yourpage. For example you have:
<p><img border="0" src="images/submenu-bg.gif" width="170" height="29" id="open_popup"></p>
So, in Deluxe Tuner you should enter 'open_popup' object ID in the onMouseOver,
onClick or onMouseOut fields.
Actually you can assign id to any object on your page:
add id="open_popup" for <a>, <div>, <img> ... tags.
2) You can also use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open the popups.

Use another winID (first parameter) than you have in your data file if you don't want to close 1-st popup window or use thesame winID=win if you want to close 1-st popup.
content - will be the path to the file you want to load in your popup (files/test.html)
skin - is the name of your skin (default in my example)
contentType - set this parameter to iframe.
If you want to open several windows at once use different id's for each link.Q: I am using the tree menu script in a frameset, and I would like for the selected menu branch to stay highlighted after the user moves the mouse to another window(where the menu brings up a new page),just so the user knows where he/she is.

A: But if you open links in the another frame (window) the initial frame with your menu isnot reloaded, so the clicked item will be highlighted.
You should set the following parameters:

You can also set the following parameter to save menu state:

If you install the menu without frames. On your pages you should call the following function/functions to expand/highlight items, for example:
