Q: Cross-frame mode: after clicking on a menu item and the subframe is loading and then mouse over the menu when the subframe has not finished loading a javascript error occurs and then the javascript vertical menu breaks.
A: You can get this error when you load pages from the another domain.
JavaScript Tree Menu can support this mode for the same domain only -- ifyou loaded a page to a subframe from another domain, the submenuscan't be shown in it. It happens because all browsers don't allow todo that for security reasons. Just imagine if you'll able to create aframeset from 2 frames, 1st frame will be with a zero height-width,and you'll load your page into it. Then user will go to another domainand your "invisible" frame will change a content of other pages!
Q: We have another question. How can we increase the width of the vista style buttons? Changing the itemwidth style will make the buttons larger but it also cause all the images to appear in the wrong place.

A: The width of Vista images is 92px. So, if you want to create the itemswider than 92px you should change vista images in any graphic editor,for example in PhotoShop.
Q: I've build a custom javascript menu navigation in Hebrew, but I saw only squares.
A: You should turn on "Tools/Use utf8 encode" property.
In that case your data file will be saved in UTF-8 encode.
Enter these symbols and save your data file.
If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off
"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manually
change your letters in any text editor.
Q: I have seen a certain menu effect on a few websites and have so far been unable to reproduce it in simply HTML/CSS. Today I saw the effect on a website, looked at the source code and it appears they are using some of your code.
I have a fairly typical screen layout with a menu bar on the left hand 10% of the screen and the main screen content on the right 90%. Some of my screens get very long, so that when you scroll all the way down to the bottom, the menu is left way up off screen. I would like the menu block to move down so that it is always a certain number of pixels below the top of the viewed screen, not the absolute top of the page. Is this something your software does? If so, which one of your products?
