A: 1) Yes you can do it. Use smOrientation parameter in IndividualSubmenu Styles:

Q: All links in navigation bar examples open in a new window even when they're configured to open in the same page (or another frame).

Basically no matter what I change the DmZorder to drop down menu in css always shows up behind the dhtml windows that I am trying to use.

A: Try to delete the following properties from #main style:
POSITION: absolute; TOP: 0px; LEFT: 0px;
