A: Actually you cannot use links for the top items in the XP Style.
But theoretically you can use links for the top items. You can write

Q: I have downloaded the trial version of JavaScript Tree Menu and am seriously looking at buyingit. I am trying to go thro the instructions and check out if it meets my requirement.

I am not able to figure out how to equally space out all my menu items on the javascript menu bar.

My menu bar width is fixed at 800 px and I have 7 items - horizontal type. The menuitems widths appear different for the menu items. How do I ensure that all of them are ofequal size ??

Q: I'm testing out your cascading html menu but I cannot seem to see the live version of it on line. I can view it on my computer but I cannot send a link to my coworkers so they can view it also. Am I putting the code in the right location? Please point me into the right direction.

A: It is not correctly to call data file inside H2 tag

You should write
<script type="text/javascript" src="test1.js"></script>
or
<div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="test1.js"></script>
</div>

Check that you uploaded dtree.js and test1.js files on your server.

Q: I want to have the pop-up floating window display as you mouse over an image - is this possible?

A: For example you want to open a popup onMouseover, onClick oronMouseout on a link.

So, you should create a link on your page and set id="" for it, forexample:
