Q: After creating and using a menu, is it possible to insert/change the position of a menu item?
For instance, I am using years in a submenu and the current year always needs to be at the top.
Is this possible with drag and drop or by some other means in the Tuner v2?
A: Yes you can do it.

To select a group of items you can use Shift and Ctrl keys.
To rename an item click on it and hold a mouse cursor for a second. Or use item parameters window.
To move items select items you want and use a mouse drag'n'drop method.
To copy items select those you want and use a mouse drag'n'drop method holding a Ctrl key.Also you can use a contextual menu - a right mouse click on the list of items.
Q: Is it possible for dhtml vertical tabs to have a link on page that links to
second page by passes the default setting then selects and displays
the information in the tab you need?
A: You can use the following function to open specific tab:
dtabs_itemClick(menuInd,itemInd);
where
menuInd - index of a tab menu on a page, >= 0.
itemInd - index of a item, >=0.
For example:

Q: I am trying to evaluate the trial version of deluxepopup window.
The script popup works great but I am having a specific requirement of making it amodal window; i.e. when the popup is opened, users shouldn't be allowed to access the main page. Please let me know how to make this happen.

A: Unfortunately it is not possible to create modal window using Deluxe Popup Window.It doesn't have such a feature now.
We'll try to add this feature in the next versions.
Q: How do I create more space between the menu items?
I have tried adding to the Item Appearance, itemSpacing and itemPadding.
A: You can paste the separator.

You can create separators using menuItems, for example:
