buy in the drop downs it appears as M?xico

I have the charset on the page set properly and the letters appear properly everyone else, only incorrect in the menus.

A: You should write your Spanish characters in the following way:

Try that.

A: Tree Menu doesn't have such a feature now.

You can write your own function based on the following API functions:

function dtreet_ext_showItem (itemID, visibility)
function dtreet_ext_expandItem (itemID, expand)

A: JavaScript Tree Menu is a Javascript product. It means that it works on aclient side only and it doesn't depend on the server which you're using.

A: To disable items you should set the target parameter to "_".

Unfortunately, JavaScript Tree Menu doesn't have such a feature.
You should write your own code, for example, on PHP.

You can try to use the following function

function disable() {

}
to disable your items.
