Q: I want to activate script pop up by a hyperlink.
A: Drop down menu items is an array of arrays. It has the following structure:
var menuItems = [
[text, link, iconNormal, iconOver, tip, target, itemStyleInd, submenuStyleInd, jsFilename],
[text, link, iconNormal, iconOver, tip, target, itemStyleInd, submenuStyleInd, jsFilename],
...
];
where target is target for an item link.
Available values: _self, _blank, _parent, _search, _top.
So you can set the target value _blank for the items you need.
For example:
var menuItems = [

["Product Info","", "deluxe-menu.files/icon1.gif", "deluxe-menu.files/icon1o.gif", "", "", "", "", "", "", "", ],

Q: Please kindly help to this problem, in my pass few weeksI'm using my deluxe menu and I can type arabic text there, but now its seems that the software is not recognizing the arabic text, from my screenshot you can understand that it shows a different symbols although im typing arabic font.
Now I couldnt type arabic font and I have existing projects website and need to edit it again but I can't coz my software is not recognizing the arabic text.
A: Unfortunately, you can't use arabic characters in Deluxe Tuner application.
You should manually correct your code.
And after you create your menu you can open your data file (created inDeluxe Tuner) in any text editor (click F4 on this file) and add your text parameter, forexample:

["Product Info","", "default.files/icon1.gif", "default.files/icon1o.gif", , , , , , ],
["|Features","testlink.html", "default.files/icon2.gif", "default.files/icon2o.gif", , , , , , ],

...You should enter text to "Home", "Product Info", "|Features","|Installation","||Description of Files" fields in the text editor.Try that.
Q: How do I open a PDF document in a new window? Is this in the Item Parameters window?
A: You can specify target parameter for each item
["|Open file","file.pdf", "", "", "", "_blank", "", "", "", ],
If you want to use context menu you can try to write your menuItems in the following way:
["|<a href='file.pdf' target='_blank'>Open file</a>","", "", "", "", "", "", "", "", ],
But you should create correct style for <a> tag.
Q: Your product seems to have menus draw only in a fixed 'hardcoded' direction ( opens either left or right )
is it possible to customize so that it is "self-aware" of the client browser window size...
"if there's room draw to the right, if not, open the menu to the left..."
A: You can see your submenus in any case.
They won't drop down out of the browser window.
