You should write:

Q: Another glitch is that the first item on the sidemenu stays dark blue -
even when the mouse is off of it.

A: In your code now you have:

Please, set this parameter in the data.js file:
  var pressedItem=-2;

Q: I would like to ask on how can I make the dhtml dropdown menu shadow work in mozilla and in safari?

A: Transitional effects (shadow) are features of Internet Explorer 5.5+ only.

Q: Is it possible to designate a different font style, for thedrop down links then for the main link in the asp drop down menu?
