Q: I am testing the menu under the 2nd URL however I am just receiving a blank page Why would the menu be totally blank ...not even incorrect key or trial version warnings. Does Deluxe menu need ASP installed on the server.
A: You should call dmWorkPath parameter before you call dmenu.js file.
Check also that this parameter point to the same directory withdmenu.js file. So, you should install the menu in the following way:

Q: I've browsed your product, and I'm trying to determine if there is an existing template that would support a vertical flyout menu, where the static menu is one button, but when clicked on, it lays out 5 additional buttons in a straight line horizontally to the right of the static button. Is this feasible to create with your product with relative ease, and if so, what's the easiest way?

Q: Your product is great. I do have one question for you however.
Right now the dropdown (subitem) menus appear based on the smShowPause variable, and disappear based on the smHidePause variable. It is sometimes awkward for users to mouse off the subitem menu that has dropped down, only to have it still hanging there. Reducing the smHidePause variable is not an option because then the menu often disappears before a user has selected a menu option.
The ideal solution is the have the subitem menu recognize when the user has moused off the menu, and then disappear. Is this possible?

Q: It appears that this product only supports IE (on the PC and Mac). It does not support Safari or Netscape on any platform. Is that correct?

A: DHTML products support a major part of modern browsers:
IE 5+
Opera 5+
Mozilla/Firefox
NS 6+
Also they support MAC browsers: Safari, IE, Firefox.
But DHTML Menu has some problems on this browsers with a submenuspositioning in some cases.
If you can't see Tree Menu in Firefox you should set these parameters:
Try to specify units in "px".

It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helpsto position menus correctly.
