Q: The buttons show up just fine in IE, but not in the other browsers. I am using Frontpage for my html.
A: Your file names are incorrect.
For example, now you have:
Button gold side 2 NEW.GIF
Button purple side 2 NEW.GIF
Firefox and Opera cannot open a file with blanks in the name.
Please, rename your files, for example:
Button_gold_.GIF
Button_purple.GIF
Your menu will work fine.

I've been looking at the code and am a bit worried that the links used will not berecognised by Search Engine robots.
Do you have any information regarding implementation of dhtml treemenu so that the links are fully visible to search engines?
A: You can generate search engine friendly code.
Javascript/DHTML Tree is a search engine friendly menu since v2.4.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:
<div id="dmlinks">
<a href="menu_link1">menu_item_text1</a>
<a href="menu_link2">menu_item_text2</a>
...etc.
</div>
To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.
You can find this GUI in the trial package.
Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).
Q: At my site the java script popup menu works fine with the frame on the home page but hides behind a new flash form I created. You can access this in "Marketing Tools" and click on "What's your Project". I noticed that it seems to work fine in IE but not in Firefox.
