Q: I recently downloaded JavaScript Tree Menu to try before I buy. While it was easy to create a menu, when I followed the directions for pasting in the two lines of code where I wanted the menu to appear, it didn't work. Rather, it always positioned the menu at the very top of the page.
Is this intentionally the case because this is a trial version?
I very much like the program; however, I have to know it's going to work correctly before I buy.

Q: It's simply not saving the state. Clicking the items on the menu is inconsistent. Sometimes it saves sometimes not.
It seems to be a lot worse in this area.
A: See, Tree Menu saves it's state using cookies.
But it can't re-save the same cookie file from different folders.
For example, if the tree from "website/page.html" saves it's state,the menu from "website/content2/page.html" can't read this state andit creates it's own state. The problem is that it's a standardfeature of browsers and Javascript can't control that.
Q: Do you have an extremely simple example of modifying a dynamic drop down menus with the JavaScript API? I've played with the example on the site, but I have trouble removing the other menus without breaking it.
I just want to use the API to change the icon on the menu items.

If you look at the js dropdown menu, you will see that each graphic is separated by a dotted line. I am trying to replicate that look in the JavaScript Tree Menu. Is there a way I can do that? I tried to use the "separatorImage" value in the DeluxeTuner, but it didn't seem to do anything. Is there a way to put a dotted border just along the bottom of them item, instead of around the whole item (like a box)? Or is there a way to insert the graphic between the items?
