Recent Questions Smoothly Open Tree Menu
Q: I'm trying the deluxe menu and I'm positively impressed.
But now I'm trying to simply use javascript to add some properties to my menu.
I modified the dynamic to 1
and I get only one error in the javascript monitor telling me:

menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0. (you have written menuInd=1, but if you have one menu on your page you should write 0).
You also have written itemStyleInd=1, but you have only one style in your menu. So you should write "0" or "-1".
Q: Thanks, we tried giving var pressedItem=0; and the script as below:

We are facing 2 problems
1) Two menus are getting highlighted, the "Home" and the dynamic html menu which is called onLoad using dm_ext_setPressedItem (0,8,0,0); function)
2) The submenu of the dm_ext_setPressedItem (0,8,0,0) is not getting highlighted.
A: Try to set
var pressedItem=-2;
dm_ext_setPressedItem function has a following parameters:
function dm_ext_setPressedItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, recursion, parentOpen)
So, if you want to highlight item in the submenu you should use itemInd of this item (notitemInd of the parent item).
For example you want to highlight submenu item of the 'Manage Users' parent item with
itemInd=15.

So you should write the function in the following way:
dm_ext_setPressedItem (0, 3, 15, 1, 1)
menuInd = 0 if you have only one menu on the page
submenuInd = 3, see how to determine submenuInd in the table

recursion = 1, to highlight parent items

I need to launch iFrame javascript functions from the parent.
A: Try to set exact width and height for the IFRAME.Q: I try to use the javascript menu popups to show an image; then when the mouse is over the image I dynamically generate a panel of http links. It works perfectly, but the problem is that I would like to do the same with several images (for instance 2) and different links : I'm not able to do that, whether I change the value of menuItems var or not, I display the same link values on both images (it seems menuItems is a global var and can be set only once).
Have you heard about this problem and could you give me a solution (this is a bit urgent, I have sold this solution to my customers) ?
