Javascript Tree Menu. Expandable Menu.

You can set default expanded/collapsed items and submenus.
After clicking on menu item selected item becomes highlighted.
When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! You can also specify height and width for each separate submenu.
There is no need to write additional code on a server side to remember what items were expanded/collapsed. Javascript/DHTML Tree can save items state automatically!

Q: When I click between tabs, only one tab remains in its active state for a dhtml tab navigation.
Why isn't the tab changing to look "active" to reflect the page that it's on?
Please let me know where this setting is.

A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.

You can set "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersbased on your link before you call your data file.

For example, move "  var bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

You should define seltabs and selsmtabs using server side script.

You can also set it on every page before you call data.js file, forexample:

Q: Hi there. I need to be able to customize the x & y coordinates of each submenu in the javascript horizontal menu. I don't see such a control in the GUI interface. How can I do this?

A: Unfortunately it is not possible to set these parameters for eachsubmenu individually. You can set them for all submenus.

Use the following parameters ('Positioning' section):
  var topDX=0;
  var topDY=1;
  var DX=-5;
  var DY=0;

Q: How can I keep the already opened node open in simple tree view, when you expand another node.

A: Please set the following parameters:

var tcloseExpanded=0;
var tcloseExpandedXP=0;

Q: I can't see menu on my test page only direct links...

A: Now on your page you have only search engine friendly code for JavaScript Tree Menu. You do not have a menu.
