Q: I have just downloaded your trial version and am trying to use de-lux tuner using the windows xpstyle1 template. I can only seem to get the top java menu button showing as grey but can change colors of submenus OK. Am I missing something or is this a restriction of the trial system i.e. how do I get the top java menu button showing the same as submenu buttons.

To change submenu colors you should change the following parameters:

and Individual Submenu Style:

Q: If i use windows tree menu and published on my web site it is default all menu and submenu areopened . I want that all menu is default closed if user click on main menu itwill be opened submenu. Please wich parameters i have to change. Please help me

Check also that you don't have '+' sign before item's text in the top items, for example:

Q: I recently received a non-profit license for your product, and after I installed it and the 'trial version' label disappeared, two of my javascript menu frames started appearing "up", instead of "down" which is preferred.

The 'enrollment center' and the 'physician center' work fine. The 'volunteer center' and 'donor center' used to work correctly (down) before I updated to the non-profit license, but now they appear "up".
