Q: I am Registered user.
My question is:
Can you have borders around the sub-menus only. If you can how is this done, if it is done in the individual styles can you walk me through that. I tried it there but for some reason it wasn’t working. I'm thinking I wasn’t selecting the correct item to edit.


A: You should create Individual style and assign it to the first item in each submenu.

Q: I need to have a horizontal menu and a vertical menu on the same page (obviously with different content). I did this as two separate "projects" in the tuner and gave them different names so that the files wouldn't step on each other. However, it looks like only the second menu works, though it does show both. I assume it has something to do with the variable dmWorkPath overriding the first value with the second. How can I have two menus each with different content on the same HTML page?


A: You can use as many menus as you want on the one page.

But you should call dmWorkPath parameter and dmenu.js file only once.

Q: I developed a little test dhtml menu slide tree. For the items "Aktivitaeten Auswahl" and "Kontakt Auswahl" I have no subitems. The item line shows a little button with double arrows.

I would like to get rid of these buttons, because there are no subitems.
How can I do that?

A: You should create Individual XP Style and apply it for these items.

Q: Is there a way to change the height of the main buttons in Dhtml Menu. When I use the GUI tool there is nowhere to change the main button height. And when I tried to change it in the script file, it did me no good. I want all of the main buttons to be the same size.

A: You can use standard <img> object to set menu height, for example:
