The java menu (slide-out portion) overlaps flash files on certain pages. In explorer, it seems to work fine, but in Safari, the java menu is hidden under the flash file. Is there anything you can think of that would be causing this... or anyway you know to fix it?

You have two entries of dmenu.js file on your site in the <head> tag.
You must have only one entry of dmenu.js file.
Please, delete the same code.

Q: I do not know how to prevent IE7 or IE8 displaying a security warning for the javascript dropdown menuI have created using your software. I get the warning message when I view the menu that I have created.
A: Try to set the following options in Internet Explorer:
1) Go to 'Tools -> Internet Options -> Security'
2) Select Local Intranet and then press 'Custom level...' button.
3) Run ActiveX Controls and plug-ins = Enable
Automated Prompting for ActiveX Controls = Disable
Q: I need to have a horizontal menu and a vertical menu on the same page (obviously with different content). I did this as two separate "projects" in the tuner and gave them different names so that the files wouldn't step on each other. However, it looks like only the second menu works, though it does show both. I assume it has something to do with the variable dmWorkPath overriding the first value with the second. How can I have two menus each with different content on the same HTML page?
A: You can use as many menus as you want on the one page.
But you should call dmWorkPath parameter and dmenu.js file only once.

Q: Can I create a pop up using javascript that fly's out after 10 seconds.
Please advise.
A: Create popup window and set openAfter=10 parameter to it.
You can find this parameter in 'Actions' section.
