Q: How compatible is this program with Frontpage 2003?


A: JavaScript Tree Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage extension,BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in Dreamweaver/Frontpage
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see:

Q: Can your dhtml drop down menus work in conjunction with a scroll wheel?

A: You cannot scroll submenus using scroll wheel when you set

  var smSmartScroll=1;

To scroll your submenu you should move your mouse.

But you can use scroll wheel when you set

  var smSmartScroll=0;



Q: I was wonder if there was a way to have the css tree view already expanded with I open the page the menu is on instead of having to expanded every time.

A: The following parameter expands all menu items by default:
  var texpanded=1;

Q: I've tried that in my dhtml menu maker and it keeps going to the bottom of the list. That's why I emailed my question. I had read the part of drag and drop, but it doesn't seem to work. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong, if my software is corrupted somewhere. Everything else seems to work correctly.

Any other ideas or why it owuld do that?

A: Click on the item you want to move.
Move your mouse in the correct place (holding left mouse button).
Wait till you'll have gray line in the place where you want to insertthe item and release mouse button.
